In this video I go on an adventure to Cologne, Germany. I have been invited to an international food and beverage trade fair where all the wheeling and dealing goes to between countries buying and selling red meat.

If your a farmer or interested in what goes on behind the scenes when selling British Red Meat and Pork internationally, you will not want to miss this.

Its heavy, full of information and gives my honest opinion on how important these markets are to the things we produce on farm.
