Brand New Sunflower Air Drill, New Tractor, and a Broken Combine

In today’s video we continue with corn harvest. The day starts off setting up our AGI sure TRAC system. We eventually get back to harvesting corn and finish up the field that we were rained out of the night before. After lunch a sunflower air drill shows up accompanied with a new Challenger 1038 tractor. After checking out the new air drill and tractor we had to another field to start harvesting corn in it.

We have a minor setback when our Claas Lexion 740 Has a broken belt. Luckily we have the tools and a spare belt to fix the problem in one hour. After a fuel up with the Thundercreek fuel trailer we get back to harvesting corn.My wife brings dinner and we all eat together as a family then head back to the fields. We finish two more fields for the night then call it a day.
Today is also my brother’s one year anniversary of being a full-time farmer. Congratulations brother.
