Forgive me for weaving in bike and workout content into farming but as I’ve actually made a gym and used a merlo overlooking the cows I’m sure it passes as fitting in with farming and let’s be fair these chunky thighs need some work at the moment, anyhow absolutely bumf below about the @yesoulfitness.official G1M Plus Smart Bike below if you would like to join in my little biking hobby, to be perfectly honest it’s very afordable compared to the Peloton I wanted and I can still use their classes for free which is a bonus.
