Lambs weighed and off to the auction today 41 to go 🙄 worst year for lambs still running round now not been a proud moment “fattening” if you can even call it that off grass only, we took our eyes off the ball with the dairy cows arriving these guys were just left feral. A fortnight inside and managed to get 41 fat enough to leave. Lessons have been learnt this year as soon as the little dots can nibble a pellet they are getting fed and gone asap not sticking around eating all the silage ground off, at least it will be fresh grass growing every cloud and that. Oh sorry I forgot to add #grassfed it’s cool after all isn’t it. Not a proud moment but it is what it is you learn from your mistakes. #farmlife #farming #agriculture #sheep365 #shepherdessing (badly)
