The house got hit with a setback after something broke in and trashed part of the upstairs. After a few hours of cleanup, I got everything cleared out and tidied back up. Outside of that, today we had some major progress happen. The boiler for the heated floors was finally connected, the HVAC install officially started, and my wife and I taped out the new kitchen layout to start dialing in the space. One step back, but some big steps forward inside the $7,000 mansion.
