In episode 1, Adam Henson introduces James, the head Zookeeper at Paradise Wildlife Park to his black Highland bull known as Prince.

James shares about their Bactarian Camels with Adam and the two discuss the hardiness of these animals.

The two go on to talk about the benefits of working with animals, domesticated or exotic, and how their roles came to be.

Over the course of this mini-series, Adam Henson will be touring James around Cotswold Farm Park to learn about his rare breeds of British farm animal and how they compare to the exotic animals found in Paradise Wildlife Park.
