I had a lot of fun cutting up this tree and knowing it was going to provide heat for my family in the future. I don't like cutting down big beautiful trees but sometimes you have to pave paradise to put up a parking lot.

It's a dramatic stroke of irony that we cut down a tree to make light for a solar array.

I have been spending most of my time on farm catering to projects and problems as they come up from other people. I'm the "go-to" guy around here for fixing and organizing things and that interferes with my plans at times. That's alright because it's my job and I love it.
