When I was setting up my hop yard I had trouble finding these exact dimensions. They may be out there some where, but after much initial searching a couple years ago, now I wanted to create a simple video with how I laid out my hop yard trellis.

Going to the V formation is more productive than the single line because you're getting two strings of coir per hill (hop plant). With the same infrastructure you double your production.
