After a full day spreading slurry, the work still isn’t done…
Tonight it’s the night shift.

Father Phil gets stuck into fixing the beet chopper and fitting a new auger, while I bed the cattle, push in feed and keep things moving around the yard. Once it’s all back together, we put the new bucket to the test and see how she goes.

Long days, late nights and plenty to do — that’s farming this time of year.
