Today we’re back into the usual chaos on the farm — but we kick things off with Father Phil in the workshop, fabricating a brand-new push-in wheel to make life a bit easier around the yard. With the short days and early dark evenings now on us, every little help counts!

After that, it’s back to the feeding as we get all the cattle sorted, then we move on to dosing a batch of weanling heifers. We finish up by cleaning out sheds with the loadall and trying to stay ahead of the daylight disappearing on us.
