Today we’re tackling a job that’s been needing done for a while — clearing out the shed to get it ready for calves 🐄
But before we can even start, there’s one problem… everything is in the way. From machinery to bits and pieces that have built up over time, it all has to be moved out before we can properly set the shed up.
Once we finally get space to work, it’s time to clean out, clear the rubbish, and disinfect the shed so it’s ready for the season ahead.
In the middle of it all, we also take a break to draft cattle for the factory, because as always on the farm, other jobs don’t wait.
A proper behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to get ready for calves — not the most glamorous job, but an important one.
