Today we’re out flat lifting land for hire with the Massey Ferguson 6480, tackling compaction and trying to bring this ground back to life.

This field has taken a hammering over the years, so we’re running the flat lifter through it to open up the soil without tearing up the surface. The goal is better drainage, deeper roots, and more grass growth going forward.

The MF 6480 is well able for the job, and it’s the kind of work that can completely transform a field when it’s done right.
