In today's episode of farming life at la forge, I am on a farm near Dalby Queensland Australia, and I am filming a 1500acre organic sheep and cattle farm. Laffy family farm are 4th generation farmers, having farmed cereal previously to now rearing over 400 organic sheep and trading in mixed breed cattle. I really enjoyed getting out to see how they farm, the ins and outs of organic and regenerative farming, how they deal with the Australian climates and the differences and similarities between farming in Australia compared to France, Ireland and the rest of Europe.
