The most outstanding tractors from the 80s and 90s, all united in one film! For this unique film production, filmmakers Jörn and Tammo Gläser visited dozens of modern classic tractor owners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to capture their tractors at work in the fields. Twenty different tractor makes, including Fendt, John Deere, Deutz-Fahr, Mercedes-Benz, Schlüter, Massey Ferguson and Fiat – plus many more “exotic” makes – are brought to life on screen. The highlights in Part 1 include tractors such as the Fendt Favorit 626 “Nasenbär” (coati), MB-trac 1800, Fiat 180-90DT and Claas Xerion 2500. The highlights in Part 2 include tractors such as the John Deere 4755, Deutz-Fahr DX230, Case IH Quadtrac 9370 and the New Holland 70 series.
This independently produced film lasting 210 minutes boasts a high level of information and entertainment. The filmmakers show footage of the tractors during tillage, sowing and harvesting work, and prove that the modern classics are just as reliable out on the field today as they were back in their heyday. It’s a must-see for any tractor fan!
