Saat-Gut Plaußig is a farm business situated on the outskirts of Leipzig in Germany. They primarily rely on John Deere, Claas and Köckerling machinery. Cameras in hand, we’re following the team throughout the 2021 season. In Part 2, we show you the team as they harvest whole crop silage using a Claas Jaguar 980 forage harvester and carry out tillage work. Cultivators from farm machinery manufacturer Köckerling play a significant role in tackling this work. We show you how they use the Vector stale seedbed cultivator during summer, and more besides.
