Farm business Ruhe Agrar farms several thousand hectares of arable land in northern and eastern Germany. The business’s main focus is on producing renewable energy from biomass. In this series of short films, we visit each of their sites and take a look at their most important work on the field. In part 6, we're taking you along to Parmen for the second time. During the 2020 harvest, they had over 2060 hectares of maize to chop. They brought in 4 agricultural contractors with 6 choppers to help! We take a look at all their Krone, Claas and John Deere harvesters and give you a glimpse into their autumn sowing work using the Fendt 943 Vario MT tracked tractor. Enjoy!
