EAT, SLEEP, SPROUT, REPEAT!

The "Muscles 4m Brussels" team talk us through their working day. Cathal, Eoin, Dáire and Harry show us the workings of the sprout harvester and how only the freshest and perfectly sized sprouts get packed for Dunnes Stores. It's a family effort here @Finnegan's with all hands on deck. It's great to have the help of young blood. Their enthusiasm and energy is endless....or maybe the rest of us are just getting old!

It only takes 48 hours for our sprouts to make it from our farm gate to your dinner plate. Make sure not to leave the sprouts out this Xmas. Sure if they're not on the plate on Christmas Day, then it's only just a normal Sunday dinner! Remember sprouts are for life...not just for Xmas!
