This week we welcomed the John Deere 8XR onto the farm. The lads were literally drooling over this tractor and there was a queue out the gate to take her for a test drive. To put this into perspective, it was as big a deal as when the Pope came to Ireland. And we reckon that Pope Francis himself would have definitely given this baby his blessing as his Popemobile!

Massive thanks to @MeathFarmMachinery with a special mention to Eoin Hannon who could talk all day about this tractor....and we could listen to him talk all day!

Our Verdict: This tractor is the cream of the crop! The deluxe of the deluxe. Like flying first class on a plane or cruising the French Riviera in a convertible with the wind in your hair! It's what dreams are made of and we could not fault it!

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end and we had to bid farewell ....It was hard to let go......Until we meet again 8XR...Farewell for now! You will never be forgotten!
