Digging Earlies fit for a Queen in Mosney near the beach this week. Tom chops the top off the stalks (hence the topless @ the beach pun :) with the front chopper on the Case 240 and digs with the Grimme GT170 potato harvester. John B works the Scanstone Windrower and Cathal is on box duty with our Broughan trailer. As some of the potatoes are still small (but perfect) we are digging most days to order. These potatoes are literally Field to Fork in 24 hours. Find them in your local @dunnesstores .

We like to have the spuds for the breakfast to get a good run at the day. Breakfast like a king with Finnegan's Queen potatoes!

Thanks to @TopconIreland for our cupcake surprise. Flown in by drone, to celebrate our 1,000 subscribers, these cupcakes were devoured by the lads. Just like the spuds, they were light, fluffy and mouth watering good. Thanks Topcon!
