In this video Cathal adds another piece to the puzzle in the journey of the spud .From field, to farm, to fork.... The spuds finally return back to the yard.
The unloading of these lorries in the yard is like a scene from the Olympics....it's an art in itself but the lads have it down to a tee! Every second counts to get the lorries back on the road and back to the field! It's a race against the weather some days!
