On todays menu we have some fabulous Fishcakes made from Salmon and Finnegan's Creamy Mash Potato. Pauric and Paul fry them on the pan to seal them and then put them into the oven to finish them off. They make it look so easy!
This dish is by far one of Nanny's favourites...she loves her fish and licked the plate clean saying "you can't bait fish!"
