Our Grassfans feature today is a very special one. Donkey met Ricky for the first time a year ago at the National Ploughing Championships where we learned of his long battle with cancer. He made an impact on everyone straight away, a true New Holland fan with a love for agriculture. Donkey gave him a sticker which, as you can see in the video, is now residing pride of place on Ricky's 7090. Later on that year Gareth organised to meet Ricky and his family at Michael Hoey's where they got the chance to look around his vintage collection of machinery and test drive a few himself. It was a chance to catch up and give everyone a welcome distraction.

Its wonderful to see him again flat out at grass just doing what he loves. Ricky is a shining example to us all that we should keep going no matter what comes up against us.
