Farm Families Health Checks is a local mobile health service catering specifically to the rural community. It's no secret that farmers are renowned for neglecting their own physical and mental health and wellbeing so nurses Christina and Helen are here to tell us how they are working to make healthcare more accessible to our hardworking farming families.
