Combine Chats: Inside the JD X9 with Shelby
In today's video, I rode along in the combine with my friend and neighbor, Shelby, another farm girl helping with harvest here in Montana. She was running the John Deere X9, and we talked about the differences between operating with auto-steer and running without it. It’s always fun comparing how each of us handles long harvest days and swapping stories from the cab. I hope you enjoy!!

My Story:
Hello, I’m Kate Stephens, a 20-year-old 4th generation farmer from Montana. My family's roots in farming run deep, stretching back to 1912 when my great-grandfather emigrated from Denmark and began cultivating the land we still work today. Farming has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember; I started learning the ropes at just two years old and now operate one of our combines during harvest. I believe in the importance of understanding where our food comes from, and I hope to share that knowledge in a fun and engaging way through my YouTube videos and products. Kate’s Ag is more than just a brand—it's an extension of our farm, a celebration of the grains we've been growing to feed families for over a century. I hope you find as much joy in my products as I do because they carry the legacy of our land and the hard work of generations.
