I am really excited that today's video is sponsored by FARMSTACK because this is a company that was started locally and helps farmers look at the grain markets to get the best prices for their crop. Grandpa has a lot to say about FARMSTACK as a tool for farmers! Plus, their daily email delivers the latest information about the grain markets (market outlook, historic comparisons, and signals from related markets). A big thank you to FARMSTACK for sponsoring my video!
FINAL DAY! Spring Seeding 2021- PART ONE
In today's video, we are wrapping up with Spring Wheat seeding.
Darcy and I talk about the ins and outs of seeding spring wheat.
We discuss the type of Spring Wheat, and how to seed in the coulees. We encounter a wet area in the coulee too. Darcy shares his wildlife story! We are both always on the lookout for grizzly bears! They are very scary. Darcy tells about his surprise encounter with some animals while cleaning out the drills. You will see some great views of our farm fields. Remember this is the real thing and not a farming simulator! We have a lot of fun discussing seeding and I hope you enjoy my video!

My Story…
Hello. My name is Kate Stephens, and I am a 16-year-old 4th generation farmer. My family has been farming wheat in north-central Montana since my great grandfather immigrated from Denmark in 1912 and homesteaded our land. My family has been teaching me about farming since I was two years old. I run one of the combines on the farm at harvest. I believe that it is important for everyone to know where their food comes from and the families who produce it. I love our farm, and I hope that my Farm to Fashion and Farm to Table products can help educate people about where their food comes from in a fun way. That is how Kate's Ag became a reality. I hope you love my products as much as I do because this is an extension of our farm and the grains we have been growing to feed other families for over one hundred years.
