Don't Hit the Mail Boxes!!! Spring Wheat Harvest! Montana 2021

In today's video, we have our 35-foot straight-cut headers to harvest Spring Wheat on our Montana farm. We are going to drive over to the Spring wheat fields. We see a grain cart and some combines coming down the road. My Dad thinks the lady is driving the combine like she is in the Indianapolis 500 LOL!!! Signs are a big problem and we have to weave in and out of them. Dad tells me not to hit the mailboxes with my combine header, because it is a Federal crime! Dad's 40-foot straight cut header is titled and they will have to figure that out. We are going to cut Spring Wheat in the field where my 9610 John Deere combine wheel fell off. My Story…
Hello. My name is Kate Stephens, and I am a 17-year-old 4th generation Montana farmer. My family has been farming wheat in north-central Montana since my great grandfather immigrated from Denmark in 1912 and homesteaded our land. My family has been teaching me about farming since I was two years old. I run one of the combines on the farm at harvest. I believe that it is important for everyone to know where their food comes from and the families who produce it. I love our farm, and I hope that my Farm to Fashion and Farm to Table products can help educate people about where their food comes from in a fun way. That is how Kate's Ag - Farm to Fashion became a reality.
