So we have arrived at the first 1/4 Mike bought back in 2020 and with that has had the most money invested into the land bringing up the soil health.

This also happens to be the 1/4 with 40-80ac of heavy trash (organic matter) that Mike was trying to seed through this spring - see video here.

Spoiler Alert: The non-harrowed high organic matter ran 100bu avg due to the moisture retention of the July heat and lack of rain at filling. But the rest of the fleld did not do that, so the whole field avg was around 88-90bu ish acre. Still amazing though! And very thankful!
