With fertilising still in full swing on the farm, we take a deeper look into how we keep the process efficient using tankers and bowsers, keeping the sprayers full without leaving the field.
We take a look at the second wheat, which was drilled using our Avatar Drill, and the first mustard plants are beginning to come through. The dry weather threatens to cause the spring crops issues and we discover flea beetle damage.
Alongside our crop updates, we take a tour around the grain store, highlighting exactly how we clean our seed before weighing it ahead of drilling, making sure we have a higher chance of a successful crop.
We also show how effective our new grader is with levelling our farm tracks ahead of harvest, making sure they are flat and even for the lorries and tractors.
