Winter work is well underway at P.X. Farms and there’s no slowing down. In this episode we’re loading out 3,000 tonnes of barley, keeping grain moving while the weather closes in and the yard stays busy. Alongside the haulage operation, we take a closer look at how we’re managing farm finances, balancing cash flow, ongoing investments, and the realities of running a large-scale agricultural business.
