Harvest is on the road, and this week finds us up in Lincolnshire pushing through the wheat and the beans. In this episode we take stock of where we are with the end genuinely in sight, walk the beans and explain the difference between the feed and human consumption markets, and take an honest look at a turbulent grain market where even the mention of peace talks is moving the price.

We also get into the business side that rarely gets shown, from selling the barley and the fuel and fertiliser buying decisions, to the accommodation and logistics that keep a team running hundreds of miles from home.
