A busy week on the farm as a bulldozer arrives at P.X. Farms, helping move forward ongoing yard improvements and infrastructure work.
We also take a look at the results of our Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF) system and how it is helping improve soil structure and long-term soil health across the farm. Seeing measurable progress in soil condition is a key step towards improving efficiency and resilience within the business.
Alongside this, mustard cleaning is now complete, the new Hilux gets finished, and spraying continues in Bedford as we keep crops moving through the spring workload. We also carry out repairs on the Cambridge rolls and review machinery updates, including Horsch Sertos available for sale.
