This is our first video from Brazil and we’ve been given rare access inside Goodyear Titan’s tyre manufacturing facility, where over 1 million tyres are produced every year.
From raw rubber materials arriving in vast warehouses, through mixing and strengthening compounds, to building the bead, applying the tread and moulding the final product we follow the complete journey of how agricultural tyres are made.
We step inside the testing labs, see how cross-ply tyres are constructed, learn how rubber is stored and prepared, and watch the rigorous quality control processes that ensure every tyre leaving the factory can handle the demands of modern farming.
With huge presses, repurposed industrial buildings, and specialist machinery shaping and curing tyres at scale, this is a fascinating look at the engineering behind one of the most important components on any farm machine.
