Today we’re back in the potato cellar cleaning up the mess after pulling out all the rotten spots. There were still potatoes scattered everywhere and packed into the dirt, and if we left them too long, they’d start going bad too.

We started scraping the floor, but the packed dirt was tougher than expected. Ended up needing more weight, some manual work, and a lot of teamwork to get everything cleaned out.

On top of that, we had:

Mud from last night’s rain
Strong wind making everything harder
A stuck truck that needed a yank rope rescue
And a TON of vents to move and stack

By the end of the day, we got the cellar completely cleaned out and ready to use again 🙌

Nothing better than seeing it go from a mess to spotless.
