The day starts with the John Deere 9700i forager picking up grass once more for the AD plant - cut by 6R250 and the triple pottinger mowers.

Elsewhere Harry and Andrew take the 2 John Deere 8R370 and Kuhn ploughs off to plough the ground spread with dung the night before by Steve and Harry.

Both slurry tankers are out spreading - but unfortunately not captured!

George has a good day spraying in the Horsch Leeb after a very late night! Getting through the backlog of spraying well and back into the perfect position.

Tony is spreading dung back at Nutson farm where we did grass silage yesterday on their ground that is due to be ploughed up for maize! He uses the big Pichon dung spreader but (off camera) has some real issues late in the day!

Will is drilling maize in the 6R250 and Horsch precision drill for a local customer - but after finding the groundwork too shallow Steve is called in to run the Power Harrow through it to offer a better seed bed so that the drill can drill it to an appropriate seed bed.
Nothing ever goes perfectly to plan with arable farming!
