Horrific weather overnight prevents us from harvesting or spreading/ spraying so maintenance and cleaning starts off in the yard.

Last night just as they started washing beet there was a major break in the web of the beet elevator so todays main task was working out a way to fix it, sources the parts needed and then trying to mend it!

Finally by about 2:30pm we’ve done what’s needed to try and fix the washer so Tony, Steve and Ant head over to mend the web!

Not much work for the John Deere’s today! But this means tomorrow we can crack right on while the weather is much better
