The Horsch Leeb sprayer boom is straightened out first thing in the morning and is back running by 9am, a day lost but a quick repair and no real harm done!

We then catch up with the John Deere 8R410 that Steve is driving as he buckrake the maize harvest away. With the AD plant struggling for space - with grass being harvested next week as well, it’s a tight squeeze to fit it all on to site!

The John Deere 9700i forager is into the best crop of maize we’ve seen this year the 90 acre block did have some patches of poorer maize but some seriously impressive fields especially when the weather conditions this year are taken into account!
