The day starts with a problem with the Horsch Leeb sprayer - a close encounter with the hedge has caused one of the quad nozzle bodies to be damaged - a quick fix to swap it with a single nozzle body to keep us going and we’re back underway spraying T0s on winter wheat.

We check in on both John Deere 8R370s as they’re pulling the Horsch Terranos - both the 4 meter and 6 meters. We’re working down ground prior to power harrowing and beet drilling later in the week.

Will starts beet harvesting as he’s got 90 tonnes left to dig out to be hauled back to the AD plant. And we then catch up with Tony mowing grass before grass silage begins for 2026 later this week!
