Grass silage - 3rd cut for the summer on our regular crop of grass while autumn drilled grass is catching up and zero grazed.
The 9700i John Deere forager chops through the 110 acres for today and keeps the fleet of tractors busy.
2 x 6R250 John Deere and a JCB Fastrac 8330 on the haul.
On the silage put a John Deere 8R370 buck rakes the crop away.
But Have we cut too early?

Winter wheat drilling finishes, hedge trimming continues after a break down.
