A day of both John Deere harvesters out cutting different crops.
The 9700i forager is cutting oats for wholecrop to the local AD plant while the S790 combine harvester continues with the wheat harvest in the afternoon.

The fleet of John Deere tractors cover the trailer work on both crops - with the 2 8R370s hauling both crops in the same day.
Thankfully the farmer having the straw was able to move the combine header trailer for us which sped up the process of harvesting multiple smaller fields

Yields have taken an upturn from where we started with the wheat harvest, not enough to get us back to an ‘average’ harvest but definitely a much more positive outlook than before!
