First cut Friday! We cut 30 acres of rye grass for a good customer of ours and clamp it away in their shed - rolled in by Tony in his 6R250.
Will picks up in the John Deere 9700i forage harvester with Rob and Josh alongside him in their 6R250s.

Elsewhere Andrew is out rolling oat seeds in - although we miss him! And Folly is out spraying winter wheat T1 fungicide applications.

We also catch up with last nights goings on as I’m behind the wheel again to help with beet washing - always an experience when I’m operating!

We close the day checking in on the 8R370 John Deere and Samson tanker as Harry has been tanking and spreading all day to get the ground fertilised before we continue drilling beet and begin to drill Maize. With the maize seed arriving this morning it won’t be long!

At the end of the day a forth power harrow arrives in the yard! A brand new 6 meter Maschio Gaspardo is delivered and unloaded to provide cover on the jumbo x as we work through a few teething issues getting the new machine operating perfectly.
