The start of the day sees Will harvesting beet for two local customers for livestock feed.
We check a friend for suitability first before beginning to harvest at the same farm Will finished at last week. Before even starting the machine we watch the aftermath of Will falling face first trying to walk to the Vervaet harvester.

We follow as the 5/6 loads of beet at harvested here to refill the farms stocks and then head across Barnstaple to the next customer where Will lifts as much beet as the conditions will allow.

Back in the workshop the coulters on the 6m drill have been spaced out to match the distances needed for an extension to 7m, we’re still yet to add the additional tool bar but are not in a position whereby the main body of the drill is ready.

The bucket damaged in last weeks videos is back into the workshop for a new front edge to be welded on and some adjustments to the back in order for us to use it washing beet tomorrow!
