The morning was spent at the Bateman factory here in Devon looking at their sprayer production line and what machine would potentially suit our operation.
It was a very interesting morning and we were all very impressed.

Moving into the afternoon the John Deeres were out - the 9700i forager and a couple of 6R250s went and picked up another 8 acres of grass for the AD plant while Tony, Ant, Harry and Andrew were back at the yard. Tony has been welding up the replacement slats for the Pichon dung spreader while the rest of the team were mending slurry pipes and continuing their mission to tidy the yard before the busy period starts again soon!

Steve is out in the John Deere 8R410 and George Moate bed tiller working down ground before the bed former works behind him to create swede seed beds.
