Fall on the family farm means it's time to gear up to wean the calves! Prior to weaning, we pre-condition the calves to set them up for success at weaning. They get a few vaccinations, dewormed and we capture a weaning weight to track individual animal performance! These were all raised in the cow/calf barn. More to come on the data!
