Feeding cows in the midwest is part of the winter preparation we do on our farm. We also grind hay on a regular basis to keep the bunker stocked up with hay for our rations. Busy season is winding down on the farm, but that means winter is approaching. The cows are entering trimester 3 next month and that means we are just over 100 days from calving season 2024!
