Have you ever wondered how your steak is really produced? Here's a series to show you the real behind the scenes. I'm a 5th generation farmer in SW Minnesota with my family + husband. Summer is pretty simple around here. Once the pairs are turned out, they get to enjoy life out in pasture. Bulls are out, so now we just check them daily to ensure everyone is healthy + fences are good to keep them in the pasture and OUT of the cornfields ;) Luna came into heat, so hopefully she is bred and will calve around April 1 next year!
