The last of the cull cows are heading to the works today. This is the most I've ever sent in one go and it almost filled the truck right up.
This is also the first day the cows haven't had maize silage and they were pretty gutted!

Hey I’m Andrew The Once A Day Farmer, I farm alongside my father on my family dairy farm in New Zealand.
Our Dairy system is quite unique as we only milk our 320 jersey cows 'Once A Day' (hence the name) only in the morning, and they stay outside on grass for 365 days of the year!!
