The end of season has come around for another year and it's the final milking until calving. I'm drying off the second herd today using dry cow for the first time, on cows that had a high SCC on the last herd test.
7 weeks with no milking, Bring it on!

Hey I’m Andrew The Once A Day Farmer, I farm alongside my father on my family dairy farm in New Zealand.
Our Dairy system is quite unique as we only milk our 320 jersey cows 'Once A Day' (hence the name) only in the morning, and they stay outside on grass for 365 days of the year!!
