Wohoo the last cow has calved today! The vets are coming back to dehorn the 2nd mob of calves, I brought some more semen as mating isn't far away and a quick update on the renovations at home.

I’m Andrew The Once A Day Farmer, I farm alongside my father on my family dairy farm in New Zealand.
Our Dairy system is quite unique as we only milk our 320 jersey cows 'Once A Day' (hence the name) only in the morning, and they stay outside on grass for 365 days of the year!!
