I want to be organized this year, so I'm not leaving the job of cleaning out the calf shed till the last minute and getting it done now!
I also reuse the calf bedding by giving it to my father in law to use on his kiwifruit and avocado farm.

Hey I’m Andrew The Once A Day Farmer, I farm alongside my father on my family dairy farm in New Zealand.
Our Dairy system is quite unique as we only milk our 320 jersey cows 'Once A Day' (hence the name) only in the morning, and they stay outside on grass for 365 days of the year!!
