Back from holiday refreshed and relaxed, While away cow #17 picked up mastitis which means I need to make a hard decision to keep her or cull her!?
Its also rained which is the bee's knees considering we are half way through December so things are looking peachy........at the moment.

I’m Andrew The Once A Day Farmer, I farm alongside my father on my family dairy farm in New Zealand.
Our Dairy system is quite unique as we only milk our 320 jersey cows 'Once A Day' (hence the name) only in the morning, and they stay outside on grass for 365 days of the year!!
